Frequently asked questions
Is there a trial period?
Yes. All new users get 7 days of Pro access for free. After the trial ends, the account automatically switches to the Free plan.
Do I need a credit card to sign up?
No. The Free plan and Pro trial don't require a credit card.
Can I change my plan at any time?
Yes. Upgrades take effect immediately — you pay the pro-rated difference for the remaining days. Downgrades apply at the end of the current billing period.
How do I cancel my subscription?
In one click from your dashboard — no calls or emails. Paid access continues until the end of the billing period, then the account switches to Free.
What happens to my data after I cancel?
Data is kept for at least 90 days after cancellation — you can restore the subscription and continue. On request we export all contacts, conversations, and history. For permanent deletion, contact support.
How does the custom AI provider work?
Connect your own API key from OpenAI, Claude, Gemini, OpenRouter, or any compatible provider. AI requests through your key don't count against plan limits — you pay the provider directly at their rates.
What happens when I reach the 500 contact limit on Free?
You won't be able to add new contacts, but existing ones will continue to work. Upgrade to Starter to increase the limit to 1,000.

Is there an agency plan for businesses serving multiple clients?

All data is encrypted in transit and at rest. Bot tokens are protected with AES-256 encryption. Each workspace is fully isolated.
