Frequently asked questions
Can I change my plan at any time?
Yes. You can upgrade instantly. When downgrading, your current plan stays active until the end of the billing period.
What happens when I reach the 500 contact limit on Free?
You won't be able to add new contacts, but existing ones will continue to work. Upgrade to Starter to increase the limit to 1,000.
How does the custom AI provider work?
Connect your own API key from OpenAI, GigaChat, or any compatible provider. AI requests through your key don't count against plan limits — you pay the provider directly at their rates.
Is my data secure?
All data is encrypted in transit and at rest. Bot tokens are protected with AES-256 encryption. Each workspace is fully isolated.
Is there a trial period?
Yes. All new users get 14 days of Pro access for free. After the trial ends, the account automatically switches to the Free plan.
Do I need a credit card to sign up?
No. The Free plan and Pro trial don't require a credit card.
